Upon further examination, you can tell it's a fake though. The hem line doesn't match in the reflection in the car door and the hemline itself looks drawn on.

Actually that first pic is not exactly the real pic. I don't know if it is fake or not, but since it has been moved there is very little hope of having it moved back; however if you want to examine pics closely which I am good at the leg positons of the pic in question and your first pic are slightly different. Meaning that in that one shift of a leg the wind could have blown the skirt up.
