heres a fake im working on... its definitely not finished but ive just hit a bit of a wall.

That's awesome, maybe a bit of smudge tool around the hairline of her face would blend it a bit

If using photoshop, I'm sure Duff's face is on a different layer. Play around with the image controls for Hue and Saturation (or brightness, contrast) if you mute her face a bit you should be able to get it to match the skintones of the body (if the layer with the face is selected, it should only change that layer, realtime preview should let you see results as you tweak the settings)
.. that and a little blending around the edge of the hairline (eraser tool set to partial opacity). Try using some of Duff's own hair to blend with the body you're using.. makes a cleaner line that way... Looks good so far, will be interested to see the final results! |

Just as a for instance (this is close to one of the things I do for a living)
I did a really crude cut job of her face and darkened the brightness by -20 and the contrast by -19 .. still need to do a bit of blending.. but it makes her face stick out less and makes the pic more believable. EDIT: Sorry, You didn't specify it was a trial version of Photoshop. Removed just in case. |
